Our client has decided to eliminate the paperwork required in freight management from the beginning to the end of deliveries around the world to make freight trading more convenient and timely.

We created a centralized, accessible platform to improve efficiency, lower the risk of noncompliance, and activate mobility for all shippers and freight forwarders by providing end-to-end logistical, legal, and distribution solutions.

Establishing a robust entity management system to manage all users

A centralized entity management system is used to manage all users and assign them roles.

Originations can save all necessary information and reuse it for future export operations.

Provide a centralized solution for shippers to create shipments and send them to our clients after they have cleared. Obtain freighter results and provide reports to our clients so they can make timely shipment decisions.

Make an accounting system to manage and validate data points like invoices, quotes, journals, and audit trails.

To implement a container tracking module that will allow the company to manage its shipments and consolidate movements from various carriers.

Our client can generate the report with a single click thanks to a dynamic dashboard and report-building platform.

To manage documents associated with shipments, a centralized document management system is used.

Project Approach

To meet our client’s needs and better comprehend their manual freight management process, we’ve incorporated a Business Analyst to initiate the project discovery phase. Throughout this phase, we kept in constant communication with the client to compile business rule documents, generate mind maps, develop flow charts, and finalize web and mobile designs, which subsequently received client approval. Following the discovery phase, we convened a project workshop that served to equip the development team and project technical leaders with all necessary information, alongside preparing all the relevant technical project documents like Database Design, High-Level Project Documents, Server Infrastructure Setup, etc. Post-workshop, we formulated the Project Plan and Work Breakdown Structure to facilitate the development phase, breaking the project into six deliverables and a final release. Furthermore, we engaged our QA team to draft the acceptance criteria for the project, which not only guided the development team during unit testing but also aided the QA team in upholding quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
